Commissioned by FREIBURG MUSEUM FÜR NEUE KUNST, my collaborator and I created this performance for an exhibition on the juxtaposition of Middle Eastern Contemporary Art works with Modern European Art. By tying my beard to her hair we created a tour of the museum exhibition while generating a landscape of pain by pulling each other into different galleries. At the end, we balanced our weight on our hair until the yarn snapped from my beard and then I cut her hair to release them from the yarn. The byproduct of the act went into the exhibition.
